Online Ordering & Toast

Our Order Online and Full Tank Rewards services are provided through Toast, a third-party ordering, payment and loyalty platform. When using Toast, you are also subject to Toast’s applicable terms and privacy practices. Prices, menu items and availability may change without notice.

Pickup Orders

All online orders are prepared for pickup at the Full Tank Eats food truck at 4400 Montrose Road, Niagara Falls, Ontario. Customers are responsible for picking up their order within the applicable pickup/service period. Orders that are prepared but not picked up will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is processed through our applicable payment provider. Because our food is prepared to order, completed or prepared orders are generally non-refundable. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Email, SMS & Digital Receipts

We use digital receipts to help reduce paper waste. Order confirmations, receipts and transaction-related communications may be sent by email or SMS/text message using the contact information you provide.

If you separately choose to join Full Tank Rewards or opt in to promotional communications, you may receive rewards, offers or marketing messages in accordance with the applicable consent and unsubscribe options provided through Toast or Full Tank Eats. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Food & Allergies

Customers are responsible for informing us of allergies or dietary concerns. While we take reasonable care, our food is prepared in a shared environment and we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
