Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Full Tank Eats food and beverages are prepared fresh to order. Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has entered preparation.

Cancellations & Changes

Once preparation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Pickup Orders

Orders are prepared for pickup at Full Tank Eats, 4400 Montrose Road, Niagara Falls, Ontario at the selected pickup time. Customers are responsible for collecting their orders promptly.

Orders that are prepared but not picked up will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded, remade or credited. Late pickup does not qualify an order for a refund or replacement due to changes in temperature, texture or quality.

Order Errors or Quality Concerns

If Full Tank Eats has made an error with your order or there is a genuine food-quality concern, please notify our team as soon as possible on the same day of purchase. We may request your receipt, order number, photographs and/or return of the affected item.

Where we determine that Full Tank Eats was responsible for the issue, we may, at our discretion and as appropriate, replace the affected item, provide a credit, or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect items selected by the customer, personal taste preferences, failure to disclose dietary requirements, late pickup or failure to collect an order.

Online orders and approved refunds are processed through Toast and may be subject to the processing times of the applicable payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable Ontario law.
